Onboarding & Offboarding Call
We'll have two calls, up to 90 minutes each, to map out your ideal client journey. You'll receive recordings of both calls.
Package & Payment Plans
We’ll set up your packages and payment plans to make invoicing a breeze.
Workflow Setup
I'll build out a seamless workflow to automate your client process from start to finish.
Scheduler Setup
Say goodbye to the back-and-forth of scheduling with a fully integrated appointment scheduler.
Client Portal
Give your clients a professional and organized experience with a branded client portal where they can access all their documents and communications.
Zapier
We'll connect Dubsado to your other favorite tools to create a fully integrated system (you must have a Zapier account)
Forms & Emails
All the necessary forms and email templates have been uploaded to your account. Email copy is to be provided by the client. If copy is not provided, this will result in a higher quote.

Once you book, you'll receive an intake form to help me understand your business and processes. You'll also need to connect your calendar, email, and payment processor to Dubsado.

We'll have a kick-off call to review your intake form and map out your perfect client workflow.

This is where the magic happens! I'll get to work building out your custom Dubsado setup.

We'll have a final call to walk through your new system. You'll also receive four weeks of Slack support for any questions that come up.

Not long after launching Miss Samantha Elizabeth I was introduced to Dubsado and very quickly fell in love with the automation it offered in the back end of my business and now I could never imagine running my business without the help of Dubsado.

Expect the process to take approximately 4 weeks. This timeline is dependent on receiving all necessary assets and timely responses to any questions.

I can write the copy for your emails and forms based on my templates and experience. However, please note that I am not a professional copywriter, so the copy will not be as creative or strategy-focused. If you do not provide the copy, it will result in a higher quote.

You'll need to set aside about an hour to complete the initial intake form. Throughout the setup process, I'll need you to be responsive to any questions I may have. You will also need to be available for a one-hour kick-off call and a one-hour offboarding call.
